Sam Ntulume joined I&M Bank (Uganda) Limited in 2021, bringing 28 years of experience, 16 of which were in the financial services sector. He has held senior leadership roles in corporate governance, strategy, risk management, financial management, and business development across various international and local institutions. His previous positions include Executive Director, Finance & Strategy at NCBA Bank Uganda, and Executive Director and Managing Director at NC Bank Uganda.

Sam has also served in senior roles at Stanbic Bank Uganda and Kenya, Total Uganda, and Uganda Revenue Authority. He holds an MBA from the East & Southern Africa Management Institute, is a qualified accountant (FCCA & CPA), and has a Diploma in Business Studies from Makerere University Business School. Outside of work, Sam is passionate about supporting social transformation and mentoring young people.
